CONNECTICUT
Welcome to B.A.B.Y. Health and Fitness Programs. We know you will gain great benefit from our classes. It is our goal to provide you with all the tools you need for a more comfortable pregnancy, delivery and postpartum recovery. We are thrilled to have you! Please be aware of our guidelines:
Once you are enrolled in a session, you are welcome to do a make-up in any of out other locations during your session time only. Missed classes may not be carried over into another session. Please always call our office to let us know when you are doing a make-up. If you are pregnant, and you miss a class due to early delivery or medical reasons (doctors note required), we will credit your missed classes to our postnatal programs.
If for some reason, you don't come to class for several weeks, please call us to "check in" to let us know when you are starting up again. Sometimes classes may be cancelled, and we would hate for you to show up and no one is there.
If you (or your child) are sick, we ask that you do not come to class.
All Fitness Edge Participants (All locations):
If you are not already a member...
Once you have paid for a class, we will send you a paid receipt. You must hold onto this receipt because it is the only proof that you have enrolled in the program. If you register at class, your instructor will give you a receipt.
Prior to the next class starting, you must bring the paid receipt to any Fitness Edge location where you will be asked to fill out paperwork and in turn, receive a special swipe card. The card will identify the number of classes you are registered for. This card will need to be brought each time to class so the gym can verify your B.A.B.Y./Fitness Edge membership. At the same time, a Fitness Edge Employee will walk you through the club, orientating you to the facility including the locker rooms, babysitting and the aerobics room. You will not be able to attend class unless you have registered to receive your swipe card.
If you are already a member, your own Membership swipe card is sufficient.
