YES -You Can Exercise While Pregnant!

According to the ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists), given medical clearance, pregnant women should engage in exercise every day, if not all days of the week. With the proper training they will enjoy:

  • Less muscular discomforts

  • Increased energy and endurance during pregnancy and labor

  • Lower risk of medical interventions and pain relief during labor

The ABC’S of Prenatal Fitness is a program created by BABY for busy women.  The programs ala carte style allows women to select from a variety of safe and effective exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere.  Aside from integrating these 12 critical exercises into the prenatal training strategy, it is also available as a take-home guide HERE or for more information contact the BABY expert of Fairfield county at 203.221.0163.

“I could definitely not have gotten through my pregnancy without Jamie Levine. Not only is she a quite brilliant personal trainer which has given me confidence, she's also so incredibly informed about what lies ahead. And a great fountain of knowledge with all the concerns and worries you feel as you go through the pregnancy. She's warm & caring and altogether an utter blessing."
